2 . Are they easy to care for?

Yes, we recommend regularly machine washing . As the waterproof membrane is built into the protector you can wash this as frequently as you like with no risk of removing its protective benefits.

3. How to wash your mattress Protector?

Never use bleach or fabric softener. Wash the mattress cover in cold water on the gentle cycle,and do not iron it. For complete protection against dust mites and other allergens, wash separately.Do Not Dry Clean, don't use in Dryer or Wrinkle.

4. I spilled fluid on a mattress protector, and I can smell the odor on the mattress! Did the protector fail?

Because of the protector is breathable, you may temporarily smell a foul odor on the mattress as air passes through (both good and bad). This smell will go away on it's own, as it's just the smell of the spilled liquid, and not the actual liquid.
